Among the features provided by Lightstream Studio are customized video overlays, transitions, alerts, stickers, and more. “Lightstream Studio is a free and easy way to add a professional touch to your stream. Edit right in your browser – no downloads needed. Best of all, once you have everything setup the way you like, your media will be added to your stream automatically every time you go live.” On its blog post, the Mixer team explained how Lightstream Studio provides easy to use features available on the web and across platforms. At the moment, the integration is in beta for Mixer Partners and Mixer Pros. Microsoft explains some of the abilities of Lightstream on its blog: “Mixer streamers can route their feed into Lightstream Studio to enable endless customizations. Add images and overlays, text, or switch between scenes to keep the stream fresh and polished. And if there are other services streamers love using for alerts (like StreamLabs, StreamJar or Tipeeestream), they can easily link their 3rd party accounts within their Lightstream settings.” The new integration will roll out to all users over time. Direct Purchases
Back in February, Microsoft brought direct purchases to its game streaming service. Gamers streaming content can choose which games and DLC they want to promote. For example, streamers can select which game version and DLC to specifically sell towards viewers. All the available content will come from the Microsoft Store. This means titles and DLC from Windows 10, Xbox, and Xbox Play Anywhere can be purchased.
